1| MEETING
After initial contact, we start with a site visit of your project in order to get a feeling of the space. Following this, we will meet to thoroughly discuss your specific demands, design goals and budget. This stage is a critical phase to ensure we acquire all of the requirements so that the subsequent processes are both efficient and effective. When the client brief is defined and the scope of work is specified, we present you an estimated budget and our associated fee.
2| CONCEPT
Based on the brief we will present you our initial design concept. This will include a moodboard with a colour scheme, tailored room and furniture layouts with sample boards, as well as sketches and imagery to visualise furniture and joinery ideas. This stage will give you a decent impression of the atmosphere we want to create in your space. In order to make sure we fulfil all of your design wishes, we maintain continuous dialogue with you over the course of the project.
3| DETAIL
After you confirmed the design concept, we continue with the development, where we focus on further refinement. We present you to-scale floor plans and elevations with a precise selection for hard materials, fabrics, furniture and lighting, as well as a full breakdown of costs compliant with the agreed budget. We are proud to collaborate with our trusted manufacturers regarding bespoke items such as fitted cabinets, window treatments or kitchens.
4| REALISATION
In the final stage we will implement the whole design concept and finalise your project. Our service includes effective project management, administration, procurement of all furniture, and the coordination of relevant artisans, suppliers and subcontractors. To ensure that everything is executed to the highest possible standards, we conduct regular site visits, and carry out all snagging before the installation. We finally will hand you over the finished project.
